November 18, 2021

We are interested in learning more about your experiences and perspectives of teaching students who are d/Deaf or hard of hearing (d/Dhh) with disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities). If you are currently working as a professional in a school and have been involved in working with d/Dhh students with disabilities (e.g., TDHHs, administrators, special education teachers, classroom teachers, allied professionals), please click the link below to take part in the survey!

The survey will be anonymized, taking about 20-25 minutes to complete. Once you open the link, you may opt-out at any time during the survey. You can also leave and come back to the survey to complete as long as the link is available. You will have the option to be entered into a draw for one of four $50 gift cards regardless of your completion of this survey.

Thank you in advance for your assistance in this research. We really appreciate your input. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
